Isn’t having your own app expensive or complicated?
No. Onboarding is a one-off €340 and we handle everything, from branding to store publication. Review by Apple and Google usually takes a few working days.
Whose name is the app under in the stores?
Your clinic’s. The store accounts (Apple and Google, around €110 per year) are registered in your clinic’s own name, so you stay in control.
Do I have to replace my practice software too?
No. On the Communication plan your clients get the app while you keep your current practice software. If you want the full platform later, you can upgrade to Clinic at any time.
What about my clients’ data?
All data lives on European servers (AWS in Frankfurt, Germany), with no tracking or advertising cookies. Your clinic stays the owner of the data; we only process it on your behalf.
